Hide a lake's week when fewer than this share of its pixels have a value.
By default a week with no value ends a bloom duration.

Circles sit on lake centroids and scale with lake area. Exact lake outlines load from zoom 9. Click a circle or an outline for its numbers. The FAQ at the top right explains the terms.
Lakes at or above the line
Click a column name to sort. Click a row to find the lake on the map.
Weekly index, 7-day maximum composites
Median, 90th percentile, and maximum of the index codes of the pixels inside the lake. The dashed line is the bloom line from the Map tab. The faint dotted lines mark where the named levels of estimated abundance start. A week with no value leaves a gap. Click a week to add it to the comparison below.
Each bar is one week, split into the share of the lake's pixels with a value, without a value, and marked as land by the CyAN land mask. Coverage is the blue share. Land-marked pixels never have a value, so some lakes never reach 100 percent.
Each year's weekly median, by time of year
One line per year, each week plotted at the date it starts. Older years are lighter. The newest year is in teal. 2016 to 2018 are dotted. Sentinel-3B joined during 2018, and from May to October those years have a smaller share of weeks with a value, see why. Weeks without a value leave gaps. Click a year in the legend to hide it, or double-click to show that year alone. Click a week to add it to the comparison below.
Compare weeks
Pick the weeks to compare. Each row is one week as observed. Nothing is averaged. The choice stays when you open another lake.
Daily composites, newest eight weeks
Fewer pixels have a value on a single day than in a weekly maximum.

Each square is one 300 m pixel colored by its index code. Faded squares touch the outline but are not wholly inside it and do not count.
